How much is shipping?
- Domestic (US) orders over $50 - Free Standard Shipping (3-7 business days)
- Domestic (US) orders under $50 - $6.95 flat-rate fee (3-7 business days)
- International orders - $29.95 flat-rate fee (7-21 business days)
We do not ship on weekends and holidays. Shipping delays may occur during holiday seasons. International orders may be delayed depending on the country's customs policies.
When will my order be shipped?
All orders are shipped within 24 hours after the order has been received.

Yes, we ship worldwide excluding Asia.
How do I track my order?
You will automatically receive an e-mail with a link to track your package once it’s been processed and shipped.
I haven't received my package, what should I do?
1. Make sure no one in your household, building security, or neighbors have received your package for you.
2. Contact your local post office to see if they have it held for you.
3. If you still cannot locate your package, it may be lost and you may need to file a lost package claim with the USPS.
Note: We are not responsible for any packages that are lost or damaged by the post office. Once the package has been received by the post office and a tracking number has been sent we are not liable.
We are also not liable for any shipping addresses that have been entered incorrectly during check out by the customer.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY?
We offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee on all orders. If your order does not exceed your highest expectations, we will refund the amount for all unused, unopened merchandise from your order less shipping fees. All refund and exchange requests must be made within 7 days from the receipt of merchandise. If you wish to return your order, please email us at info@mintbebe.com with the subject line “ORDER RETURN” and indicate your Order # and reason for return in the content of the message.
All items purchased during a sale or promotion are a FINAL SALE. No returns or exchanges will be accepted.
